GlobalSource Partners Country Analyst
Artur Radziwill, Czechia
Former Deputy Finance Minister

GlobalSource Partners' Czechia Country Analyst Artur Radziwill is a leading authority on Central European macroeconomics, public debt and the political economy of reform. He has served as Deputy Minister of Finance of Poland, responsible for macrofiscal strategy, debt management and EU affairs. He has also covered Czechia as Senior Country Economist at the OECD and later led the EBRD's economic policy dialogue with the Czech authorities as Director for Country Economics, Strategy and Policy.

Dr. Radziwill specializes in macroeconomic assessment and forecasting, in public debt management and sovereign risk, and in the structural reforms that decide a convergence economy's growth path, together with the politics that determine whether the reforms are implemented. He is a recognized authority on the interaction between national policymaking and the EU's political and governance framework, from fiscal rules and the euro adoption question to cohesion and recovery funding. His work is built for investor decision-making: debt dynamics, scenario and stress-testing analysis translated into investment, credit and risk implications across asset classes.

Dr. Radziwill has served on the EU Economic and Financial Committee and the board of the European Investment Bank. He holds a Ph.D. in economics from the University of London.
